The Importance of One Day Emails

Clavio started out sending one email a day. The goal was to maintain a pulse on like spam rate on subscribe rate, things like that and really adhering so that our domain authority remained high. In those first couple of weeks, if they went directly into a flow, the spam rate was was higher because we didn’t mix engaged customers that we already had within that flow. So then we pivoted towards what we would do with mixed engaged customers with those anonymous traffic that we gathered from retention. And that would help reduce the spam rate. And then it would reduce the sub rate because there'd be more people in that pool that were opening and clicking that we knew already
