Don't be afraid to send people home early if you're working on a project that needs lots of creative ideas. Make sure you keep time for people to bring ideas that come out of nowhere. Encourage people to drop into each other's offices when they have a thought, why wait? If you think it's really interesting go talk to somebody and drop in their office.
