Researchers took 25,000 60 year olds who were fitness trackers for just about 7 years and studied every little bit of health information that the trackers could collect. They found that people who had one to two minutes bursts of exercise, three to four times a day, well, they were just about 50% less likely to die from diseases related to their heart. The research suggests that just going bonker balls and some of the movements that we're already doing daily can be enough.
