Are You Really Ready for a Relationship?
We treat people romantically how we treat our celebrities in to day's culture. We construct a projection of them, and the moment that celebrity deviates from that projection or says or does something we don't like, they're cancelled. And when relationships fall into that same dynamic, it's no wonder that everyone eventually disappoints. I do believe that as we become more ready, we start to look for subtler qualities in people.
