There's no like you can't inscribe a concrete way to act from the moral law because there can't be a law that kind of covers every concrete situation. And yet the concrete situation does kind of point towards the universal right. But I think what structurally is the problem here is because there's absence in reality itself in the concrete situation that can't be fully captured by the law.
