The impact that I've seen is so huge that it is a part of pretty much every treatment plan that I do. Like I need you getting morning sun. I need you, you know, staying off your phone in the morning and at night and doing all these things that support this circadian rhythm because we know how closely adrenal function is tied to thyroid function. It is night and day that difference like sometimes when I have patients who are like super overwhelmed and they have a ton of things wrong, I'm like, I'll usually give them like two or three things. And one of them is always like, I need you get morning sunlight. Yeah. Huge.
