How Do We Get Enough Salt?

Sodium and chloride is salt. It's what, the salt that you put on your food. So I think the best way to get enough salt is to obey your instincts and salt your food to taste. Salt can raise blood pressure. But if you don't have high blood pressure, or if you can optimize your blood pressure without restricting salt, then salting your food to Taste makes a lot of sense.
