What i tried to do in the book was not to focus on these individual breathing techniques, but to focus on the larger story around it. How do they affect us? What are where did they come from? Because it doesn't matter you col call it by 12 different names. Slow breathing is slow breathing, and there's a very simple way of doing it. And if you want more of the specifics, there's already azillion books on on the how to with hundreds of different practices.
