I don't like asking agents for referrals. I want to provide my value and they hope that it follows. The same thing for the online reviews. That's why I only request two. Some people, interestingly enough, don't have a Gmail account so you give them the second option. You're not a people that use Zillow. And Yelp seems more like a restaurant for me.
