The Acts 15 Moment

Former SBC presidents James Merritt, Brian White, Steve Gaines, Fred Looter, Ed Linton, J.D. Grir called for an 'Acts 15 moment' The church was at a crisis point in Acts 15 finding gospel unity and they appointed a group to come up with a solution that seemed good to them. They recognized that the unity of the church was a serious matter and wanted to take time to get it right.
