On the individual level then to answer that question, it's really well, it depends on your genes. And you could probably run a little mini experiment on yourself and see how do you respond to a food like eggs, for example. The other thing is no matter what your HCLC is lower high, other than a vague suggestion and maybe you can't bet anything on an HDL cholesterol level, it's just not a helpful lab metric.
