The Importance of Honesty
David Walliams says he's learned a lot about managing people from his time in Silicon Valley. He has found that not everyone works the same way and it depends on who you're dealing with. But there is no silver bullet for how to manage your team, even though some books are very prescriptive. "You should have as much honesty in both directions as possible," said Walliams.
