The Fed Provides Liquidity to the Investor Class

When people and tings don't go right, people call us. So you get a lot of calls from people all over the market just telling you that this is, this, is not right. And so when that happens, there's really only one person, only one ise in the worldat that can come and fix this, and that's the fed. It would basically provide a liquidity by taking some of those treasuries out off the balance sheet of dealers, so that the dealers can contin o make markets.
