Why the Fuck Are These Things Still Exist?

Twitter is trying to discourage open dialogue, rather than an actual phishing scam attempt. One of my biggest issues with Twitter is that it's very hard to use in a private way. If I'm going to tweet out and have 50 different random new spun up accounts all hit me with scams, then there should be no identification requirements whatsoever on Twitter. How do you not just write a simple script that says if somebody responds with the same response X amount of times within Y seconds of a tweet being sent, you just kick them off? That's ridiculous. You might as well just open the fucking floodgates.
