How Merv Griffin Made His Fortune

I only know Merv from having his name pop up and the logo pop up at the end of shows. I have no idea what kind of guy was what he was about, how hands on he was with all these game shows and all these shows that he created and brought along away. It's a shame because you would have loved Merv Griffin. His big hit song was, um, I think it was called, I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts. This is his hit song, which I feel like that sort of would play in the Bastol van talk sort of theme world. He made his fortune by creating TV shows such as Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune
