The Importance of Customer Focused Business
There seems to be a lot of instinctive behaviours or actually an obsession with shareholder value rather than thinking about customers. And that's things, as far as I can tell it, that's things sort of pulling out of certain areas saying that's not our core competence. Bruce: So many companies claimed to be customer focused and customer being customer focused is like is good for business. But so many companies where you mentioned GE in your previous question were in fact financially focused. That was a huge surprise to me.
