The second you start feeling burnt out, you need to do something about it. Go on a trip or set aside a few days at home where you can just refresh and temporarily press that reset button for your stress clock. The honeymoon period is over if people are starting to work 10, 12, 14 hours a day but they're not even reducing the same amount of work they would produce in six hours in a workspace. Sometimes you feel like you're working really, really long hours but accomplishing a lot less than you used to.
