Is It Hard to Moralize When You're Cheating?

You don't do a lot of moralizing in the book. And i wonder whether that is because it is tough to get up on your high horse and condemn people when you take the long view here. There was no point at which people were not constantly cheating, whend this was not rampant. It's just tough for us to moralize about it, ing clearly it's wrong, and the players themselves have drawn a line.
