The Importance of Empathy in Education

A lot of these people that don't have kids are making these decisions for the people that do so they don't understand the anxiety that the parents have about those decisions. I really just think they don't know the anxiety that comes through and they're like well if we give a fair education of these kids they'll be more well-rounded individuals. They need some sort of education because not everyone is going to have a dedicated parent to do it but to have no empathy for the parents who are involved at least enter the conversation, he says.
