Instead of doing your product or service first, you do your marketing first. Then all you have to do is make something you know they're going to like and sell it to them. Can you see how this is much safer, no risk, just time? It takes some effort to do this. But if you have, if you build your audience first, and they're loyal to you and they like you and they trust you then it becomes really easy then to create a business. That's the hardest part.
