What Is Sex Trafficking Under Federal Law?

In popular media like or in news media people will just regularly say human trafficking state. If someone under 18 is involved it's considered you know they're considered trafficking victim regardless of if there is any trafficker and so there doesn't have to be someone who's making them doing it. It specifically says that age not knowing their age is no defense against sex trafficking charges.
