The Significance of the Canopy
Vamalakati Ndashar is a description of what can be seen and heard as you look up into that canopy. We see the vastness of the entire billion world galaxy with limitless suns, moons and stars. And we don't just see it geographically, we also see it psychologically and emotionally. Text tells us that we see the realms of all the different dimensions including the davers,. The yachts of all great kings and down to the voices of limitless Buddhas, teaching the Dharma. So it seems to me that the function of the canopy is to reflect back the full extra ordinary scope of our world and also to catch and bounce back the sound of the Buddha's
