Is This a Fortuitous Tener of Events?

Barry says the bill was so badly thought out and ill prepared, it would have been worth having holding the brakes on it. I still do not even have it in my mind exactly my exact feelings of the bill, apart from the fact that it's a heck of a mess. As barry says, it might be a permanent holing, but there are issues that need sorting out. So i've got a funlyf feeling we will be talking about these topics again in some form in the future - with which government?
