The Dangers of Social Distancing Laws
LZ Granderson: I have a very hard time believing that the exercise of these social distancing laws in the way they're being exercised will fade away nearly as easily. He says we shouldn't be locked into policies that make sense now because this is going to look a lot different in August, in September, in October. LZ: As a constitutional litigator, I'm seeing something that absolutely flummoxes me, but at the same time tickles me to no end. We are going to beat this thing into remission. And I would guess sooner rather than later.
