The color red is the color of urgency, emergency. It's about inflammation reactivity. Red foods have a certain concentration of compounds that are specifically beneficial things like anthocyanins and lycopene. Orange seems to be connected at least how I see it through a pattern with hormones with progesterone with even ovulation and healthy fertility.
