Of the nine people that are on our board. We have four women, which is a large percentage for an american corporation. But we have more work to do in terms of those running our businesses and and people of colour at the highest levels of the companies. That's where we really need to make more progress. I've been very conscious of the need for me to balance my work life with her home life. Her job to her is as important as my job is to me, and i have to respect that.
