On one to tenon t on the third question, i mean, i would say like a good seven or eight. The biggest barrier obstacle to me being a ten is i worry about the growing social divisions and lack of trust in whether it's science or or our fellow, you know, citizens, or the government. I just think taking ownership over your decisions and being responsible for the results that you create, good or bad, or in between, is isais corp leadership, excellence, cocompetency, er.
