Tan: I always advocate for caution when you're re having an injury. The last thing you want is to go through a major surgery, rush back too early and then have to go through another major surgery to undo the damage you did to yourself. When your body can only handle a certain number of hours of training in a week, which was the case with the hip, i basely said, screw it. I min to work a men, to return to the roots.
