Grief Is a Response to Love, and Any Time You Give That Is Enough
There's no wrong or right way to take it on, and I just want you to have permission to do that. And so if it's a couple minutes a day, I encourage you to confront it because there is no avoidance of grief. It will pop up if we try to shove it down like any emotion. We become an anthropologist of our own emotional happenings. So there's no bad emotion. There's no bad response. It just is.
