The Justification for Why Trump's Conduct Was a Misdemeanor
The only misdemeanor case I prosecuted in 25 years as a federal prosecutor was against racist graffiti on the exterior of an Alabama church. It was extremely important to the community, not just in that small rural area, but it was important to Black people and others who were right thinking across South. People are going to complain in this case, no matter what the outcome is. But at the end of the day, if Trump's conduct was a misdemeanor, it was 34 misdemeanors, he should be held accountable.
