Jamie's Easy Christmas

Jamie's Easy Christmas uses a lot of produce from his own garden. Should we be encouraging more people to grow their own batch? I think that average public probably cooked less now than any moment in time. And if you go back 300 years ago, like, if you couldn't grow, if you could not preserve food then the people you love most are going to die. There's no romance to it. If you live in the middle of nowhere and there wasn't motorways and cars, you're days away. But whether it's kids or us, we're all. All that energy and flavour just sits through winter.
