The Westminster Confession - It's Not Functioning
I'm no longer a calvinist, but it doesn't operate. One of the things I did is I compared an action sermon. on almost the same text for Hugh Blair,. his sermons were bestsellers, and then John Witherspoon. So all of that moderate religion, in a sense, already had a secret bed and it survived within a foreign Christianity. We don't want to get rid of the Westminster Confession. It's not really functioning in our lives as a guiding thought.
