Is There a Russian Counter Offensive in Ukraine?

The Russian military has manpower in terms of quantity, the ability to defend and conduct a stubborn defense. I think their capacity for our offense is somewhat limited. And so I don't see any additional Russian force being able to conduct a campaign outside of more localized attacks. A lot of what you would expect to see isn't there to make that happen.
