How to Train Intensively in a Week

If you're going to do a high intensity session, make sure that you are recovered for it. Don't copy someone else's training plan who did three or four hard sessions across their week and go and they just did their first of the eight. You have to get used to what you can cope with and what the outdoor session actually feels like in replacing it.
