I think it's a double edged sord. I might have woken up and gone, i don't know why i don't feel good. And then i might have eaten ice cream again to night because i had a bad sleep. That kind of stuff i find fascinatingsu so you take this a bit to the extreme,. thoug like you monitor everything, at what point is that hinder your health? Like, you wake up and you're like, oh, my sleep score is only 60. I goin to have a bad day to day, even though if you had not looked at that, you would have had probably a decent day.
