The hierarchy in Brazil is much more strict than the US. Latinos are very kind of warm as far as relationship. You can get things done through the relationships through approach. Still, it's improving young people are acting a little different.

I have known Roberto since we began working together in the States. Roberto has HR experience all over the world so it was very interesting to bring in a global perspective. We discussed all things coaching for young people entering mid-management positions and lessons Roberto has learned along the way.
