Introduction

The US, EU, Trade and Technology Council will convene for the third time in December. The purpose of it was to try to reset US, EU relations after 40 years of unsatisfactory negotiations. It has achieved so far one significant success: allied unity on sanctions on Russia. We'll also talk about sanctions on Nicaragua and we'll talk about bilateral relations with China.
