Pan soperhapsha: We need a very clear, i would say, quite aggressive plan given the structural changes that we're facing. But i think also, it's going to cost a lot of money. One thing i think hat they could doim in the us is explore something called opportunities zones - an idea where investors don't want to liquidate their stock positions and face capital gains taxes. You can take the money out of the stock market and invest it in the sort of projects that ean is talking about, and for some percentage of time, you don't have to pay taxes or if you pay taxes, lower rate.
