Trump was not charged for inciting a riot or inciting an insurrection, which is what the Democrats had impeached him for within days of the obstruction of the January 6th, 2021 certification of the election. We can figure out quite easily who five out of the six are. They are Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Jeffrey Clark, and Kenneth Cheesebrow.
