This is one of my favorite podcasts this year.  When I met musician and psychonaut East Forest, it was immediately apparent he was one of those people I would always call friend. We talk about the horrible perfection of existence--all the love, all the pain and everything in between.  I first became familiar with his work through listening to his album entitled Ram Dass, which features what might be some of the last spoken teachings of the spiritual master. Please listen to this podcast, as well as the aforementioned album and spread the word.  It contains some of the most profound teachings I have ever heard recorded.
