The Learning Curve for the NPC in 2019

I feel like what I know coming in is more than what our crew knew coming in last time around. There's so much to take in there's so much information to absorb and it takes a long time to really figure it all out. A resolution I put forward at the NPC meeting that is currently being voted on would moving forward all new NPC terms will have access to the shared drives of all previous NPC terms. If we can preserve some amount of institutional knowledge and pass on some of that to whoever comes in in 2025 then I think we will be a big step ahead.
