I don't think that eat consistently after the sun goes down is a very good thing. I'm not going to sacrifice my qua of life right now for some empty promise of longevity long term. That doesn't make any sense to me, and i don't think it's actually even true. But i do know that, a, my inflammation is extremely low. My fasting inslemn is really low. And i know that i feel good every day when i go serf - i have good muscle mass and good libido and good sleep. So those things are metrics that i can lean on to day. We need more debates with the longevity community about how best to live
