Is There a Learning Curve?

Nix is a confusing package manager to use. It's something kind of like how Homebrew was set up on Mac. When you're running Nix on Mac OS, you can get a very Homebrew like experience with a lot more software available. But the syntax is more complicated than brewing my experience.
