How to Reset Your Internal Clock

An early morning walk is a great way of resetting your internal clock. When you go out in green spaces, that is a particularly good thing because we know there's lots of benefits to be spending time in nature. And then when you're walking, try to make it brisk. I say you should aim for around 100 steps a minute if you can. One of the things I tell people is try to anchor a new habit to something you're already doing.
