The Importance of a Learning Culture in an Organization
When you were talking there about sort of core capability of businesses going forward will be the ability to learn and be learning focused it's all really struck me that how often the systems that a business is constructed upon produces status. Even though what you said is obvious or self-evident most organizations probably won't be doing it right. You know like to to recruit people of different backgrounds or different ages of different professional expertise so I mentioned product managers but there's so many other types of kind of disciplines that are very underrepresented within real estate including a lot of traditional business disciplines.
