Spare bank is this big state-owned Russian bank. They put together Russian versions of OpenAI's image generation system, Dali and their image classification system clip way back in the day. We don't necessarily know that the system, how it compares really to chat GPT, but you know, just based on past experience with their clip alternative,. My guess is personally, this is not quite going to be as good as chat GPT. But I think it's important to flag because of what it means for the proliferation of the stuff in Russia.
