How to Build a Routine That Supports You
Where do you have the most anxiety consistently in your life? Where are you feeling the most frustrated consistently in your day today? And I want you to think about what is consistent. Like what's consistently causing you to be overwhelmed or annoyed because this is where you can build a routine that will support you. So when you think about those five routine categories, if one stands out, I would say go with that category. If it's going well list and just skip over that area. Let's focus on something else.
