We really want to try to reach out to the person that is the closest as possible to the actual content. And so usually it's, it can be the editor, i can be the content manager, somehon like that. In terms o follow up, what we do is we don't yet. We're not too aggressive. We usually only send like one or two follow-up emails which are just short emales.
