What's Next for US Bond Market?
The Fed continues to increase rates by 75 basis points every meeting. It is also cutting back its balance sheet, the QT, as it is called by 95 billion dollars. So in other words, the story is not over. Be very careful in terms of going into it during the next six to nine months. Are you surprised that it hasn't showed up already? I think that's the point they're getting at. Why are we seeing the NASDAQ off? We're seeing other risk assets taken on the chin.
