If you want to train your neck and bite together, then I would recommend people starting with a cable. Or if you're doing something like a deadlift squat, anchoring it in front of you with a kettlebell or a weight and just clenching down on it. In seeing how the experience changes, that's actually how I teach people a lot now is by having them bite their t-shirt when they do ring row or TRX pull up.
